- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We had a conservatory fitted in 2013, the build was not easy with many errors along the way but finally all sorted and as above we have enjoyed the space it provides. However last August 2018 we had a window panel shatter, we have a 10 year guarantee on the glass panels which Im sure you all have, but the after care from this company is shockingly appalling! No answers to phone calls or emails for months, then finally in Nov 18 got through to apologies and promises that this would be rectified. Since Jan19 we are back to no contact or replies to emails, so today I am contacting via Facebook and writing this review in the hope that this will produce a response and help get my window panel replaced?! I fear it may take a visit to the showroom, as above! I would advise anyone looking for a conservatory to think twice about this firmBy jryan, December 06, 2018
